Wanna nose something?

Another update on my life in less than 10 minutes(big headed much). I miss my nose piercing. I took it out for work and had it for a grand total of 2 months and i only got to the stud stage but what i really wanted was to replace it with a tight hoop. Never got round to it but keep toying around with the idea to get it done again. It will happen soon i hope. I got it done with a gun before and it wasnt too bad but got badly infected as really your meant to get it done with a needle. That's what scares me the most.

Ok, ok so I know im just being a scaredy cat about this all and I will make a pact with myself to do it at least before christmas. However, until then I'll just look at cute photos and think of how it will look on me. And possibly find something better on here than to post about myself haha

Guess who's back back again

Yeah, yeah long time no post. But i promise I'm back for good now. After taking a long (and deserved rest) I am back where i firmly belong, my chair. A lot has happened (and been bought) since I've been away.

Such as Numero uno) I went to V festival and had a cray cray time. Words can not describe my love for the Arctic Monkeys AND Eminem all in one place. And as much as I love and adore Em's (as i like to call him, as his name becomes a mouthful when your drunk on cheap vodka) he wasn't my favourite of the weekend. Arctic Monkeys having to be my fav by far only because I have every album they have ever made and know every song off by heart. I was so close at every performance I went to, that at some stages i was literally shoulder to shoulder with people and it became so tight, but worth it. I also saw Bruno Mars, The Wombats (LOVED), Example, (Beyond LOVED), Plan B (new crush), N-Dubz, Jessie J, Tinie Tempah and Rihanna. I was gutted to miss Calvin Harris seeing as i missed his performance out in Kavos (more on that later) and Chase & Status.

Number 2) I got a job!!!! Which helps with me being able to buy things
Number 3) I got into university! I am now a proud student of History at the University of Reading
Number 4) I had a very British Teenager holiday to Kavos in Greece. If no one understands what i am referencing too then i suggest you all to watch the Inbetweeners film, it pretty much sums up my holiday. As much fun i had and memories made i was happy to come home to my OWN bed. As you can tell from the picture below i didn't exactly get the best tan seeing as i slept during the day and woke up at night. Worth all the money though

Music with attitude and soul

Now that i have my new I-touch i have been downloading loads of new music, but the only problem about new music is that i couldn't find much that i enjoyed out there. I would describe my taste in music as ever-expanding as i embrace all forms of music and my I-pod at the moment is starting to look like HMV. However, on my journey through I-tunes and Youtube (my new love btw, so many funny parody's) i found Jessie J. Her music is something i can only describe as soulful and in the words of the spice girls Girl power.

I love everything about her, the attitude of her lyrics and her style. Nothing can compare her "fuck you" look. I love it ! My favourite song of hers atm has to be Price tag, Who you are and Do it like a dude. She is defiantly one to look out for in 2011. Her youtube channel, Jessica Cornish, also features episodes where she does dares that other celebs have asked her to do. She is adorable in it. Go look up her songs now, no matter what you are doing, she is guaranteed to make your day even better.

Girl crush of the moment: Cara Delevingne

When i first saw Cara Delevingne i thought i recognised her, not just because of her sister Poppy, but because she models on one of my favourite past time sites. ASOS! I was shocked i didn't realise sooner but now i made the connection. The big eyes are what really get me about her, they just eat you up in photos. I love her Alice in Wonderland shoot, she fits the perfect Alice.

Going back to the 90s

Well I was inspired the other night when I was watching the spice girls movie (that hasn't been watched sine I was 8) and so I dug out the old platforms. I found these beauts in the river island sale and had to buy them. they where a steal at only £20 down from £45. So happy with them. The dress is a lace like material from the number 1, topshop :)

All my new photos are now being taken on either my I-touch or my new professional camera (going up in the world). Now all I need is something to wear to drake on Friday. Decisions, decisions hmmm .

Thursday thought

Well Santa was particularly kind to me this year and sent me and I-touch 4th generation which was lively of home. Besides that I ordered some lovely mac stuff which i needed. Ill show you this in another post though seeing as ihave taken loads of photos of all my nice new things New years eve was fun as well and gad a beautiful midnight kiss with a stranger...or two (cheeky me). But my new years resolution is to attempt to blog more and enjoy life and stop being so uptight about every thing. It's a longin I know but I can honestly say I'm excited for 2011. Now bring it on ! Happy new year all
